Project Description

Levia is a modular shelving unit designed for the tasks completed 2 minutes before leaving home and 2 minutes after entering the home. It features a tesselating board design, customisable to suit the users needs. Levia’s shelves allow for reversibility and customization while also providing strength. Levia also features both hooks and magnets.

Levia was constructed through the fabrication methods of lasercutting and CNC routing. Levia was designed within a team whose members are Kierdre Howard, Connor Wetdewich, Simon French and Logan Silcok. Several iterations and user testing was conducted during Levia’s production to ensure it would be a successful product.
